This is a quality control process during the wiring harness assembly process, ensuring that the branch dimensions and cable tie positions of each harness are correct.

Based on engineering drawings, الأسلاك has six inspectors:

  • One incoming material inspector
  • Three in-process production inspectors
  • Two final product inspectors

All incoming raw materials, including terminals, connectors, and wires, are inspected according to AQL 6.5 international standards.

Every production step, including plugging, cable tie attachment, and branch positioning, is thoroughly inspected. The dimensions of each harness are subjected to 100% inspection.

Monthly quality review meetings are also conducted to identify issues and implement improvement plans using tools such as:

  • 8D Reports
  • PDCA
  • FMEA

This process ensures stable quality, reliable performance, and continuous improvement in wire harness manufacturing.

Raw Material Quality Control

This is the quality control process for raw materials. We ensure that every material type and dimension is correct according to the raw material drawings.

WIRES uses various inspection tools, including:

  • Micrometers
  • Calipers
  • 2D projectors

All raw materials are measured and recorded during incoming inspection to ensure full compliance with specifications.

Crimping Process Quality Control

This is the quality control process during terminal crimping. Our workers ensure that the dimensions, angles, and crimping conditions of each terminal are correct before assembly.

We ensure every crimping step strictly follows the drawings, guaranteeing that each terminal and wire is processed according to specifications.

All semi-finished products are stored on-site with terminals protected using dedicated terminal cups.

Assembly Process Quality Control

This is the quality control process during harness assembly. Crimped wires are placed on dedicated mobile tooling boards.

The drawings on the tooling board are compared 1:1 with the actual product to ensure there are no deviations.

After assembly, every branch dimension and cable tie position undergoes 100% inspection to ensure all dimensions fully meet drawing requirements.

Final Product Quality Control

This is the final quality control process before packaging and shipment.

We verify that all details strictly comply with the drawings, including:

  • Branch dimensions
  • Wire sequence
  • Terminal insertion status
  • Material usage
  • Overall harness dimensions

WIRES also prepares a quality inspection report for every batch of wire harnesses, confirming that all materials, functions, dimensions, and accessory requirements fully comply with the customer order specifications.
