WIRES Moisture Protection Measures:
Internal Moisture Protection: WIRES offers two specialized barrier methods—PE bagging or aluminum foil vacuum sealing—based on customer specifications. Additionally, each export-grade carton contains 3–5 high-capacity desiccant packets tailored to the duration of the sea voyage.
External Moisture Protection: Once packaged, WIRES utilizes industrial stretch film for secondary environmental shielding. All units are then palletized to ensure structural stability and moisture resistance until final delivery.
If a quality non-conformance occurs with a shipped product, WIRES executes a standardized resolution protocol through the following three channels:
Direct Replacement: For non-repairable defects, WIRES will immediately dispatch a qualified replacement unit to the customer to ensure operational continuity.
Coordinated Technical Repair: For repairable components, WIRES will consult with the client to coordinate services through a verified third-party provider, with all associated labor and material costs covered by WIRES.
Maintenance Reserve: For standard orders, WIRES provides a complimentary inventory of components equivalent to 0.1% of the total order value, designated for future maintenance or immediate replacement needs.
WIRES provides precision samples for technical verification and quality approval prior to mass production.
Technical Validation: WIRES engineers prototypes to match your exact specifications, ensuring the design meets performance requirements before large-scale manufacturing begins.
Streamlined Approval: The WIRES sampling process is designed to facilitate client inspection and testing, minimizing risk and ensuring full compliance with project standards.
WIRES offers two flexible sampling options designed to align with project complexity and partnership commitments:
Low-Complexity Samples: For standard projects where technical drawings and volume forecasts are finalized, WIRES charges 50% of the standard sample rate. This fee is fully credited back to the customer upon the placement of a subsequent mass production order.
High-Complexity & Premium Samples: For intricate assemblies involving high circuit counts, specialized connectors, or advanced shielding, WIRES applies a standard sample fee. Depending on the final order volume, WIRES provides a refund of 50% to 100% of the original sample cost during final settlement.
Upon formal receipt of a sample request, WIRES completes production within a 1–3 week window. All prototypes are dispatched via international express delivery to ensure rapid arrival at the client’s designated location.
