System Engineer

Construction and Optimization of Quality System

  1. Responsible for the release, update, maintenance, disposal, and archiving of the company’s quality system documents.
  2. Supervise document implementation across departments and manage record archiving.
  3. Organize and compile factory-level systems and process documentation.
  4. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of system operations.
  5. Prepare annual audit plans and internal audit schedules.

Internal and External Audit Management

  1. Lead audit execution and track corrective action completion.
  2. Manage implementation, recording, and follow-up of management reviews.
  3. Coordinate external audit preparation and confirm audit plans.
  4. Organize, distribute, and follow up on corrective actions from external audits.

Defective Product Management

Early Stage Quality Engineer

Internal and external audits

  1. Responsible for the preparation of internal and external audit materials and organizing the audit.
  2. Analyze, rectify, and follow up on issues identified in internal and external audits.
  3. Responsible for mid-stage quality control during new project development.

New project management
4. Responsible for early-stage quality development, establishing and tracking project quality objectives, and participating in quality gate reviews.
5. Participate in reviewing DFMEA and drawings, PFMEA, and identifying product and process KPCs.
6. Prepare process inspection, shipment inspection, GP12 inspection instructions, and control plans (CP).
7. Review product inspection plans, follow up pre-production inspection and acceptance progress, and develop inspection instructions and MSA analysis.

Archiving management of quality documents and materials
8. Track quality issues during product trial production and manage quality data statistics and analysis files.
9. Participate in early project change meetings and monitor the effectiveness of change implementation.
10. Provide quality inspection training to operators and inspectors.
11. Responsible for preparing, revising, and reviewing quality documents for new projects and incoming materials.
12. Establish file and record ledgers and manage document numbering and usage uniformly.
13. Check document usage and ensure effective control of records and files.

Responsible for receiving customer information

  1. Responsible for receiving customer requirements and converting them into internal documents for distribution.
